Residents for Waterfield Facts is a group of concerned Winchester residents dedicated to making sure our neighbors make informed decisions about the affordable housing project planned for the Waterfield Street parking lot in Winchester Center.

Founded in 2021, Residents for Waterfield Facts came together after seeing an alarming amount of misinformation spread about this project. We created this site to gather facts about this project from the various town elected and volunteer boards who have been working on this project for years.

Residents for Waterfield Facts has zero affiliation with Civico or any other stakeholder in the Waterfield Redevelopment project. The activities of Residents for Waterfield Facts, including this website, are 100% funded by ordinary Winchester residents. Content on this site is derived from publicly-available documents from the Town of Winchester website or feedback from town officials (members of the Select Board, Finance Committee, Planning Board, etc.).
