Winchester Cultural District endorses YES vote for the Waterfield Site Development

I am writing here as Chair of the Winchester Cultural District to endorse the Waterfield Site

development within the Winchester Cultural District (WCD) as it not only will provide the

desperately needed affordable housing for the Town Center to attract a diversified community but will also allow the WCD to work with the developers to expand and integrate the WCD throughout the site, courtyard, and Chamber of Commerce Building. We ask you to vote yes to support and strengthen the community diversity, culture, arts, and science within the WCD.
